Goods during Shipment: Mission Studio assumes full responsibility for all damages incurred during shipping. If any item purchased is damaged, Mission Studio will refund the money or resend the item purchased, based on availability, for no additional charge. |

Color Options: Mission Studio can match most colors based upon photographs and samples for an additional cost of $50. |
| Furniture:
All of our Mission Style furniture is made to order. All furniture orders require a 50% deposit before processing. Typical lead-time on all furniture is between 1-4 months, based on upon availability. Please call to inquire. |
| Lighting:
All of our Mission Style lighting is hand crafted. Typical lead-time on lighting is between 4-8 weeks, based upon inventory.

| Payment
Options: Mission Studio accepts Visa and Master Card. Payments by check or money order are also accepted; please allow time for personal checks to clear. |
| Return Policy:
From the time the item is received, there is a 60-day return policy; however customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
